Professionally made out of industrial Ethylene-vinyl acetate foam, secured with industrial cement and binding post. It's extremely durable. Bat emblem is held on with binding post and industrial cement. It has adjustable straps that go over the shoulders and across the back to create a harness with a strap on each side with a snap buckle that secures across your lower back for extra support. Average adult male size shown in pics but I will work with you on measurements and small and XL sizes.
