Sweet Tooth mask from the Twisted Metal game and the new show based on the 2nd pic. Mask has four binding posts at the top, 2 on each side, so leather straps can be attached if wanted. Mask comes with adjustable straps that stretch and a snap buckle on the back so once you get the straps adjusted just unsnap the buckle to remove it. Straps are held on by binding post (Not Glued) so they can be replaced easily. Average adult male size is shown. Feel free to message me with any questions including small or XL sizes.
